Midas Heritage 3000 celebrates 10 years at PLASA 2009

PLASA 2009, LONDON: The Midas Heritage 3000 is celebrating 10 years as one of the live sound industry’s greatest touring consoles at the PLASA 2009 show.

Launched in 1999, the H3000 quickly assumed pole position on tour riders and at festivals and live events across the world. It has become a favourite of engineers for its familiarity of use and sonic quality, characteristics that have passed into the next generation of Midas digital products the XL8 and PRO6. However the H3000 continues to sell alongside the new generation, and remains a regular fixture at international festivals, as this summer’s outings have once again proved.

“The H3000 typifies what Midas is all about: a production life span in excess of 10 years; ultimate sound quality; an easy to use control surface, long term on-the-road reliability - all linked to an amazing return on investment for the owner,” says Midas and Klark Teknik’s sales and marketing director David Cooper. “It’s been great to see the H3000 lined up with the new PRO6 at countless festivals this summer – two consoles with entirely different technology but supplying the same core values.”
